We want collectible descriptions and photographs to match what you receive. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return.

Return condition

Unless an item arrived damaged or materially different from its listing, returned collectibles should be sent back in the same condition and packaging in which they were received. Please contact ChasloData before sending anything back so the return can be identified correctly.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping may be non-refundable unless the return results from our error or shipping damage. Any payment refund is processed through the original payment method/provider.

Shipping damage or listing error

Please keep the packaging and send clear photographs when reporting shipping damage or a material listing error.
