These terms apply to purchases and use of the ChasloData Collectibles storefront.

Collectible listings

Collectibles may show normal age, storage, printing, packaging, or handling variation. Photographs and written condition notes are part of the listing. Working values and provisional prices are informational until an item is approved for sale.

Availability

Submitting a valid order may reserve available inventory. A reservation is not a completed sale until required payment and order review are complete. ChasloData may cancel an order for inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, shipping limitation, or other material issue and will not retain payment for a cancelled order.

Prices, shipping, and tax

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable tax are shown or calculated during checkout where supported. Large or unusual orders may require a manual shipping review before payment.

Payments

When enabled, card payments are handled by Stripe-hosted Checkout. ChasloData does not store full card credentials.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for providing accurate order and shipping information.
